User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling services.
Allow access to your property as necessary for service completion.
Follow all instructions provided by our professionals for safety and effectiveness.
Not misuse or interfere with our services.

Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to refuse service due to non-payment or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services, except as required by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Warranties & Guarantees

While we strive for effective wildlife removal, results may vary based on environmental factors. We do not guarantee complete prevention of future wildlife issues.
